| POSTAGE/SHIPPING |
Postage charge includes packaging and handling overheads.
We cannot be held responsible or liable for late delivery due to Postal delays that may occur due to busy periods of the year, industrial action, adverse weather, etc.

| AVAILABILITY |
Items are reserved on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability.
Collectible items are in limited supply.
If a stock item is not in stock it will be placed on order for delivery within 7-10 days.
If a stock item is out of stock at the suppliers delivery may take longer - up to 28 days - before we contact you to extend or cancel the order.
Availability information may be subject to change without notification. |

| DELIVERY |
Orders cleared for despatch are collected/posted Monday, through Friday i.e. normal working days.
Items are despatched as they become available to avoid delaying the whole order and are parcelled subject to a single parcel limit of 40.00 ukp.
Back-ordered items are not charged until they are ready for despatch. In the event of a delay the order will be actioned for up to 30 days.
After 30 days you will be notified, if possible via email, to enable you to extend the delivery time or to cancel.
All goods are despatched by first class Royal Mail as standard. Overseas orders are sent by AIRMAIL.
We normally only supply to the cardholders address unless by prior arrangement and agreement following further checks.
We will not be liable for claims and damages in respect of late deliveries. Delivery estimates after despatch are normally :
- UK - next day to 3 working days
- Western Europe - 4 to 7 working days
- All other countries - 7 to 12 working days
If your goods take longer than this please check the address you forwarded to us before contacting us to check that we have used the correct address.
If your order is damaged/not intact when it arrives, please contact your local Post Office to make a claim.
If any items you receive are not the correct items you ordered, please contact us and we will exchange them or issue a refund.
If items are lost in the post we will issue a replacement providing checks have been made regarding the postal address furnished and any delay at your local Post Office.
Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render CJ's liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We do not have external order tracking facilities unless special delivery and insurance arrangements are made.
We do have internal order tracking facilities in the form of a link to www.cjs.co.uk/status.htm using your order number or
use the status button at the foot of the respective main catalogue page.
When the order is despatched, that is the point that our contract with you commences. |

Payment for orders made at our website must be made prior to despatch.
Non UK - PAYPAL only. We will contact you with details of total cost including postage and packaging for payment to be made.

| HOW TO ORDER |
1. Select item(s) by clicking the "buy" button once to add to your basket ( look for a pop up window of your basket ) else
save the line details to paste to the order form via the order button at top of page. ( NB. Repeated clicking increases the order quantity! ).
2. To amend/check the contents of your basket at any time click on the basket icon at top of page.
3. Select the relevant order method when you are ready to forward your details to us ( from basket pop up window or button at top of page
if pasting ).
4. You must provide your order details if not automatically included together with full contact details and payment details.
5. Please include a space in the correct position for postal codes - delays will occur if omitted.
6. Email address must be valid - you will not receive an acknowledgement copy of the order via email if invalid.
7. If you have supplied a valid email address you will receive an acknowledgement copy of the order with the sensitive data removed.
8. Check the order form for completeness and accuracy before printing a copy, if necessary, then submit/forward it to us.
9. Note the order / returns reference number on the Confirmation page screen for future reference regarding the order.
10. Orders made by telephone, fax or post will be allocated a reference number which will be made available to you.
11. Any automated reply that you receive from us shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods.
We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we process your remittance,
despatch the goods to you, and confirm this by e-mail where possible.
12. If you forward an order pertaining to an existing order please advise us of the original order reference number and the reason for the additional
submission.

Post/Shipping - Make sure that you always provide your correct and current address, postcode/zip.

In the event of a complaint, please send us a e-mail; your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and

| ORDER REFUSAL |
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
We provide a list of acceptable destination countries in the Order Form. If your country does not appear, please contact us.
Orders may be subject to further checks following authorisation.
We retain the right to cancel items from your order if we can no longer obtain them at the quoted price or if they are no longer available.
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from sale, at any time prior to despatch, for whatever reason. You will be informed promptly if this happens.
The order is to be deemed accepted when we process your remittance. |

| CANCELLATION |
You may cancel all or part of your order at any time, including up to seven working days from the date the goods are received.
Return of goods will be at your own expense. Please read the notes on returns below.
Under UK trading laws we have 28 days in which to supply an order and any cancellation before this period is discretionary.

| RETURNS |
Any non sale item can be returned unused for either a refund or exchange as you have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days
after the day of receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned in the original condition, securely packaged with labels intact, and not worn.
Please note that postage stamps must be attached to paper first before affixing to our packaging.
The goods must be undamaged and not soiled for a refund to be given.
Please quote your returns reference number and advise us via email or telephone that you intend to make a return and state your preference.
If this is not possible, make sure that you include the order reference number together with your name, address and a telephone number inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund.
Returns received without the correct details may be subject to delay.
If goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, please return to us within 7 days of receipt following notification to us.
Please include identifying documentation with any returned product. If we agree with your complaint,we will take the matter up with the manufacturer on your behalf and then take the appropriate action.
For faulty items or items sent in error, CJ's will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods.
Credit/debit card refunds can only be refunded back onto the original card used to purchase the goods. |

Customers should note that those goods shown as Special may only be returned for exchange or credit note but not for refund.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for normal sale items. For these goods we can only offer a refund or exchange for faulty goods or
